Why this exists: the failures that hurt most are the silent ones: no trace, no alert, no runbook, so you hear about them from users. This is a quick self-check for what’s missing before that happens.

Heuristic checker, not a security audit. It matches keywords in your paste and your checklist ticks (# comments are ignored), so it can miss gaps and credit things you don't really have. Doesn't check: metric cardinality, whether per-service SLIs / SLOs exist or are correct, alert quality, or your live systems.
