Terms of Use: GLP-1 Support

1. What this is

GLP-1 Support (the “tool”) is a free, non-commercial website made by Arup Kumar Banerjee (“I” or “me”) for keeping personal notes and viewing general information from public sources. By using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Not medical advice; no professional relationship

The tool is for general information and personal organization only. It does not diagnose, treat, or give doses, and it doesn’t give its own advice to start, stop, or change any medicine. Using it does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, dietitian–client, or any other professional relationship with me. Get advice from your own licensed health care providers. If anything here differs from what your prescriber or your product’s current Medication Guide says, follow them.

3. Not for emergencies

Don’t use the tool to decide whether you need care. Call 911 in an emergency, Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222 if you may have taken too much, and call or text 988 if you’re in crisis. The tool may not show any alert even when you need care.

4. Information may be incomplete or out of date

I try to keep the information accurate and to cite its sources, but guidance and drug labels change and I can make mistakes. The red-flag list is a summary, not a complete list.

5. Your data

What you enter is stored in your browser on your device. I don’t receive it and can’t recover it. The page itself is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs visitors’ IP addresses (see Where your information goes). You are responsible for your device, your exports, and who can use your browser.

6. No warranties

THE TOOL AND ALL INFORMATION IN IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE TOOL OR ITS INFORMATION, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

Some laws don’t allow these limits; where that’s the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

8. Links, sources, and trademarks

Links to FDA, NIH, CDC, and other sources are for reference; I don’t control those sites. Mention of any agency, organization, or product doesn’t mean they endorse this tool. Drug names are trademarks of their owners: Wegovy® and Ozempic® are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S, and Zepbound® and Mounjaro® are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. GLP-1 Support is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any drug maker.

9. Changes

I may change or discontinue the tool or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
