Educational heuristics on your AWS/GCP/Azure CSV or JSON export — egress, NAT, idle-ish lines, metrics creep. Does not log into any cloud. Does not scan anyone else’s account.
Why this exists: cloud and AI bills are getting hard to explain. In a CloudZero survey of 260 finance leaders, only 22% could tie AI spend to business outcomes. This won’t do that for you, but it’s a quick first look at what’s driving your own export, without handing anyone your billing data.
Heuristic checker, not a security audit. It pattern-matches line items in the export you paste, so it can miss things and flag normal spend. Doesn't check: cost-allocation tags or ownership, rightsizing, reservations / savings plans, or anything outside the file.
Honest tool: heuristics on pasted rows only — not a FinOps audit or rightsizing guarantee.
